(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I use to have ylod but then I fixed it by replacing paste but 2 weeks later it randomly over heats so i dont play for a week I play for 3 minutes and it pops up the ps3 is overheating wtf do i do

YLOD is a general fault or failure meaning it could be anything

I guess your going to need to reflow the board , but failed once it more likely to happen again once you fix it.

mine had YLOD befor & just got it again today , time to fix it tomorrow :bro:

I don't understand why so many people fix the YLOD and then broke down again.

I bought original 60GB PS3 on release date in 2006. Then it had YLOD on dec2008 , So i fix it by using heat gun to flowing on GPU and adding new silver pasting, also putting washer spring on Screw hole where to clamp GPU down. Since i fix it, it's still works to this day.

You must have done something wrong,
