look at at this way, some people don't have time to rank up and need the slots, personally, I don't give a shit about the ****ing badge.

How can you tell if you account is one that can't be done with? I did it before the patch for my friend, but it now work for mine. I'm thinking it can be it is either patched or that I have an unlucky account.
