Step 1 - Go to PSN Web browser.

Step 2 - Search For Ps3vault.com

Step 3 - Go to themes

Step 4 - Hover ur cursor over the theme you want.

Step 5 - Hit triangle and save target.

Step 6 - Have fun

This is good thanks! If I may make a recomendation, instead of searching ps3vault, search ps3-themes.com. They have thousands of awesome ones, you can even make your own. Just wanted to put that out there.
