Any ps3 with firmware 3.50 and lower can be jailbroken/downgraded.

Any ps3 under 3.55 can be jailbroken

Doesn't matter what ps3 just has to be 3.50 or lower go on bay and type in ps3 jailbreak and there a dongle for sale for 30.00 and that will jailbreak it for you.
