My PS3 won't read any discs

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I know that there is alreayd a thread about this, but mine is not the same problem about the error coming up.

All my PS3 does is when you put a disc in the loading ball thingy appearears in the top right hand corner and doesnt go away, the disc logo does even appear. Please Help.

Your blu ray drive is dirty/broken. You can ether buy a new drive or contact sony. You can also load up a demo press the ps button and see if the game loads up.

They said there was something wrong with my laser!

Ive had this problem 4 times!! 2 60GBs 2 40GBs!! Its not due to overplaying as It happend within a week in some cases! Really strange! Ive had my local GAME store replace it every time, got 2 free games, an extra controller and an 80GB out of it! Smile

The 80gig seems to be fine, touch wood!!

I have ahd a problem like that, it can be the HDD curropted. When my didnt read games and froze up, i rang soney and they told me to reset the HardDrive. You can do that in the options collum on your ps3. Also if you dont want all of your game files deleted just insert a usb into your ps3 and copy the game files onto it and paste them back on after you have reset your ps3.

Worked perfect for me Smile
