DebugMegaPistol which does 20,000 DPS and will kill anything in one shot
About 10,000 carry weight
About 10,000 HP
10,000AP
All the perks
All locations (I think)
Over 10,000 caps
A whole bunch of every item (I think)

I was just about to go and meet Mr.House for the first time and I completed a bunch of side quests. I'll quickly upload it to megaupload and I'll post here again in case anybody else wants it.
