Controller Setup: Pretty much default, but R2 is accelarate and L2 is brake (default X and Square still accelerate and brake). Turning the right stick left and right will now let you look out the respective side of your cars. If you want music on whilst racing, you will have to turn it back on in the Options.

Sorry to inform you that you can't dupe them or send them. The only way to obtain them is if you borrow someone's PSN and download them from account management. The save I shared had the Gamestop cars plus the 787(Cousins account) and SLS(traded for) stealth.
