I think im on the minority but I think they might actually send out a warning before the banhammer starts crashing down and pfft of course they're gonna do something if you guys tought because they didn't do anything because of the Original jailbreak is because in reality they really didn't care as it was only a small handful but now with this CFW it's a shitload of people sooo sony will have to act just my $0.02

No no no. There is no way around that all. I used to mod on the Xbox there is really no ways of getting around a banned but there are little programs to try to prevent but if MS wanted to they could always find you. MS is prepared for stuff like this, thats why Sony are lost. You would think they had a backup root key right?
