lol i really don't think you can get banned for it, you have a better chance going on Playstation Home at 1:00AM and swearing and being racist calling white people black because your tv color isn't adjusted right..

If all of the rumours are true (which I do not believe they are) then just revert back to OFW and hope for the best. At the end of the day all of this banning talk has come from users here and on other sites. How the **** do they know? Are they secret Sony employees? Are they Sony executives? Seriously what will be will be.

For all of those of you that may or may not get bricked let me give you my step by step guide on how to combat the "Brick"

Step 1: Sony brick me
Step 2: I unplug my playstation
Step 3: I go to the stairs
Step 4: I throw my playstation downstairs
Step 5: I call my insurance
Step 6: I tell them that whilst moving my PS3 downstairs I "dropped it"
Step 7: I wait for delivery of my brand new console

Easy peasy really. For all you kids out there, 99% of your parents will have insurance and I am sure they will be mad but forgive you if you dropped your ps3 downstairs.
