you need to have cfw on your ps3 and the 1.05 patch on... and an ftp server
u go to dev_hdd0/game/blus30591(or whatever region ur b.o is)then you should see the file t5mp_ps3f.self.. copy it to your desktop
delete all black ops data off of your ps3 and download the 1.02 patch and install via *install packages... then go to dev_hdd0/game/blus30591(or whatever region your b.o is) and find the file t5mp_ps3f.self and replace it with the one on your desktop.
then run a proxy server and go on black ops and you will be able to do the prestige glitch and the splitscreen glitch, and you will be able to connect with all of your friends

step 1. you need to be on CFW 3.55 and also need Mossy patch blocker
step 2. download 1.05 from black ops if you don't have it yet but you should already. now you need to copy file t5mp_ps3f.self to your desktop for easy access.
Step 3. Delete the 1.05 patch DELETE IT.
Step 4. Install the 1.02 patch you downloaded thru PKG INSTALLER. You should now only be on 1.02 patch that is the patch you will need to be on.
Step 5. Replace the t5mp_ps3f.self you copied from the 1.05 patch and paste it over the 1.02 copy. that will allow you to connect to the 1.05 servers.
Step 6. Now you need to set up your ps3 proxy you can find a howto on here somewhere. once you set it up on the ps3 run MOSSY PATCH BLOCKER.
step 7. Now you are ready to sign in on the game you should now see in top right server number 53.33.43.6 then you are on the right server with 1.02 patch redsox will clear this up alot more and put it on the main page hope this helps you guys until he is finished his tutorial.

Can't you just do the SnD in combat on 1.02 since thats b4 1.03 and if 1.03 has it 1.02 should

Some questions:
When I go back to 1.02 patch, will my combat training be at 50? It's at 50 right now on 1.05.
When I do this, will my online reset? Will the kills I earned go back to 0 or will they stay at what I have? Same with deaths, time playerd, etc. (basically the stats).

You can't do the Combat Training S&
on 1.02 ( i dunno why ) so what i does is :-Install the 1.02 patch
- Go online it will says " Your stats as been reset "
-Left the game and install the 1.03 patch
- Go online you won't be reset
-Do the combat training S&
glitch - Reach lvl 50
- Go back to 1.02 and do the glitch , your not reset

Everything gets reset, everything. You pretty much start a new account... wish id known that before doing it on my main, i thought Combat training stayed at level 50 but it doesn't... i was prestige 15 on combat training
