If u have been scammed and your account stolen its easy to get it back this is hapnined to me twice so i know this works

You have to have a real email address after the theif changes password. all u do it go to forgot password and do the security checks if he changes the email then u log into your emails then u will get a email saying you email has been changed but in the title it will say your email and under it the theifs email then u just type in that email into the log in and go to forgot

If you dont know your DOB u can phone sony and ask them to send a email out to your email and reset it that way

if u call sony and say its hacked they just need your dob psn id and security password

Couldn't you just use the "Forgot Password" Function under the "Sign in Automatically" ??

not only that, you can retrive it by calling sony and saying to them its been hacked, and all they need to know is your PSN ID (Your online name) and your DOB and answer to secret question.

The reason for this is because once the thief has "Hacked" your account those three things CANNOT be changed, therefore its making it impossible for them to take over it completly.

true, but just a fall back, always remember online id, your D.O.B (sounds dumb but kids put fake dob to access online lol.) and answer to secret question, you'll never lose your account.

I have a question: I havnt used my 1st account for like 1 year. Would it be hacked or has it been deactivated? coz i enter the dob and email exactly and it wont work. And my email address was hacked so i cant get it back that way. This was my 1st account and was like lvl 7 on gta and had my gta buddies on there

What if they change the email and then change it again? Would the original email wouldn't get the 2nd change notice?

u will just have to phone up sony and give them your dob and u will have to tell them your security password
