Due to the fact its usless, other people have created better tutorials.

Hopefully this works, but has this been tested? and if so, How would you convert the PC into PS3?
Su uhh, just tried and well You cant edit the bdvd.... you would have to JB -> Copy Disk into HDD -> FTP and find the Folder then continue as of what you have wrote except you missed a whole 1-3 steps
You forgot that you have to rename the files in the fallout.ini config file
Stestfile2=*Instert Mod Name here*
SEssentialFileCacheListE= data/ *Instert Mod Name here*
You also have to copy the mod into the data folder (All in caps)

Also kno you will need Internet of course running on both PS3 and Computer, or just atlest a connectiong between the two.
!Requirements!
STEP 0 - You will need your disk in your ps3, do not start the game though.
Step 1 - You will need a jailbroken PS3, if you do have a jailbroken ps3, then skip on to "Step 2".
Okay for jailbreaking your ps3, you will need to download GEOHOT Custom Firmware "CFW" (All links are at bottom of this post), After installing this program, then install BlackBox (Link at bottom), after that, then you will need to install FileZilla (Link at bottom like the rest). Now you have installed all programs, now you will need a USB Device or anything that will transmit data usb like ways, after you obtain a USB, plug in the USB, then on your computer goto "My Computer", then USB Removable or G:/ or what ever your USB is, in this you will need to create a folder in CAPS called "PS3", inside that folder you will need another folder in CAPS called "UPDATE", place the file "PS3UPDAT.PUP" (File found in the zipfolder called "GeoHotzCustom" which u downloaded) after that backout to where you only see a folder thats named "PS3" that you just created. Here you will put the file "UP0001-BB0011111_00-0000111122223333.pkg" (Which is located in the UP0001-BB0011111_00-0000111122223333.zip file that you installed) right next to the "PS3" folder. Now you are finished here. (move on to STEP 1 PART 2 BELOW)
Step 1 part 2 - Plug your USB Device up to your PS3, then start your ps3 if its not ON, goto "Settings" then "System Update" then click on "
Update via Storage Media".. It will scan for the update, Update IT! Also know that your PS3 may make weird BEEPING NOISES, this is normal so ignore it, and it should restart, if not then restart your system. Then bam! your done, now you will have a new folder called "*Install Package Files" which is listed under "Game" on your playstation, click it and you should see a file in there called "UP0001-BB0011111_00-0000111122223333.pkg", CLICK IT, it should install a program called "BlackBox FTP v1.2" now you are done here, move on to (STEP 1 PART 3, BELOW)
Step 1 part 3 - Now goto your computer and look for that file you downloaded called "FileZilla.exe", install it, then run it. Now you have finished STEP 1, move on to STEP 2
Step 2 - Run "BlackBox FTP 1.2" on your "PS3", you should get a black screen with red lettering, on this screen u will notice the word "IP" with a bunch of numbers after it, these are the numbers you need to connect ps3 to PC, now on your computer run "FileZilla" (when running FileZilla you will notice an option on it that says "HOST" which a space next to it where you can type) in the area you can type at next to "HOST" that is where that "IP: number" goes too. Type it in then click on "Quick Connect" (Note: your ps3 should go blank, this is NORMAL), you should end up connecting to your ps3 on the "Right Side" with abunch of folders and stuff. Move on to STEP 3.
Step 3 - On the right side where all your ps3 folders are, you will want to click on the folder "dev_bdvd", in this folder goto "PS3_GAME" inside that folder you will want to goto "USRDIR" in this folder you will see a file called "FALLOUT.INI", this is your target currently, this is where all the moding begins, here you can do things to the game. like uhhh moding duhhh...
Step 4 - Here is a link (At the Bottom) on a PC Mod that is supposed to work on the PS3 as a mod, i read that u can use certain/some PC mods on the PS3

You have to back up your game, and it will be located in GAMES, not game

i forgot about this thread. lol but it needs to be redon, so just ignore it, ill redo it tonight
