update using storage media. download the official 3.55 firmware

Can't ban/brick your console, but Sony can make your console banned from PSN. Unless homebrew has a way to unban you from PSN.

sony is half inbred idiots, trust me the worst that will happen is like they bring out 3.60 and it fuks up our consoles that have cfw or homebrew apps
