i rarely have a nat problem; i have my ps3 wired to the modem and i reset the modem before i turn on the ps3 to refresh the connection.

if you have alot of things running on the internet in your house it could slow down the connection.

Go on network settings (PS3)

Set the IP to .25 this going to give the PS3 a static IP
Router setup page then DMZ it

Set the DMZ to only do it on that static IP

It depends what have you try, can you list some of the things you have done so people can help you easier. Have you tryed putting your ps3 in DMZ, or port forwarding or have you tried Bridging your modem ( this gave me open nat).

i tried that port forwarding but i didnt know what i did, so i just deleted the forwarding aha! i have my dmz on, my unpn on, my nat filtering to open. You think cause my PS3 is jailbroken it might effect it?

I dont think Jailbreaking has anything to do with what you trying to do.
