Sorry if you can't read anything on it. My TV is so shitty and old(it only has mono audio, for Christ's sake) it looks like shit up close.
Anyways, Black Ops stats (not patch/fastfiles/retail eboot) hacked. Tutorial soon.
Several people can confirm this is legit. Mainly, TTT_Dutch, and some others.
By the way, this sticks. I reset my PS3 multiple times, ran the game from a backup, and even bought things. It is permanent.
Yes, any stat can be modified. Scores, wins, kills, I have modified them all, and it sticks.

we knew it was self modding all along. but didnt know how to decrypt a retail .self or how to get a debug .self on our servers :S

Here are a few guess's...
1. Change what server the eboot connects to.
2. Change the version within the eboot.
If these are wrong please don't hold them against me. I mean everyone has to have a first time to be introduced to something..

it has to be one of those ways... because how do patches lead us onto a server.. either a version number or something in the eboot that tells our blackops where to go.
there must be a reference in the eboot like how we found the XML to download the debug patches...
tonight im just going to scroll through both Eboot. and t5mp in IDA and see if i can find something..

If your going to do that. Do a string dump.. It puts all the strings into one area. Also search for a lot of // for internet stuff. Press alt-t and type in // and then repeat.

Wow there are allot of snoby people in this thread. Why dont you let the guy (ihatecompvirus) make the tread his own way. I am pretty sure he is capable of creating a tutorial, after all he's a regular here at this site, and also he caries a very good rep in hacking. So just let the man do his thing his way. Stop telling him to do this and that, I mean you can continue saying those things but comments such as those speak volumes of what a low, nosey, bossy, person you are. those are the kind of people who think that their shit dont stink and they think that their better then everyone else.
