Rename it to EBOOT.BIN, and place in your Black Ops directory, overwriting the original. I do not know if this will work on anything besides BLUS30591, but it should.
Steps:
1. Get on a NEW ACCOUNT(CAN NOT HAVE EVER EVEN BOOTED BLACK OPS MP) and then go to Local Splitscreen. Make sure that you can open your friends list by pressing Triangle. If you can, and you see your friends, it will work. Go into the game, and press Select. It should do a fast restart, and you should see some text on the screen. Back out. Open friends list again and look at the right hand corner. If you see 9999999 CoD Points, and a "16th" prestige(it's glitched, it's really 15th) you did it right. You should also be Level 50.
If you don't see "Your stats have been reset" upon clicking Play Online, you did it right. If you do, then your account has played BO before.
Enjoy this while it lasts.
You should also have 17 days played, just to boost legitness(of course, 9999999 Million CoD Points throws this right out the window in terms of legitimacy :p)
By the way, this sticks. 100%. It will never go away unless Treyarch resets you. Restarting BO/PS3 does not affect it.
The real key lies in the old command "statSet". Remember that from CoD4 bypassing? It's technically a variation, as it is StatSetByName, which I don't think was in CoD4.
Also, part of the reason I put this in Non-Premium is because it's basically worthless. Being able to mod stats has absolutely no point.
To be honest I probably never should have released it, but what the hell.
It is supposed to say connecting. You go to splitscreen to do the bind, then you delete gamedata and redownload Black Ops 1.05.

do you do this on the 1.02 patch or the 1.05 patch? and where do you put the eboot file? theres 2 different locations where i can put them, so which one? please someone help

well im sure treyarch will notice within a few hours by next week you'll be back in the one percentile of people who can show off their gold guns without worry. this wont last long the 99 million cod points kinda gives it away pretty easily i mean unless someone comes up with 14th prestige hack with this hence resetting cod points after prestige

yes it does reset the account you already played on MP before. but in other hand the hack does stick. i did it on two accounts though(one that already played on MP). i have one more account but it legit im not going touch it cause dont need treyarch being a dick and reset it lol. but other two i dont care if treyarch resets it lol

Okay when i download the eboot etc and just put it on i get the black screen, so i did what someone suggested and also out of TTT_t5mp.self file and now it works 
problem is i go to multiplayer etc. but my classes have been autodone and its a fresh account... SIJHUFEDLKSJIDHUILKNJSDNASJNDKSA

Sad to report this, but it hasn't worked for me. I'm currently on BLES00683 and I'm using Filezilla combined with blackbox on the geohot CFW 3.55 jailbreak. I did everything stated, even created a new account just to make double sure. As I load into split screen, everything seems normal. I press select and then start and nothing happens. I don't see any writing at all or anything.
Has it been patched or am I doing something wrong?
