Rename it to EBOOT.BIN, and place in your Black Ops directory, overwriting the original. I do not know if this will work on anything besides BLUS30591, but it should.
Steps:
1. Get on a NEW ACCOUNT(CAN NOT HAVE EVER EVEN BOOTED BLACK OPS MP) and then go to Local Splitscreen. Make sure that you can open your friends list by pressing Triangle. If you can, and you see your friends, it will work. Go into the game, and press Select. It should do a fast restart, and you should see some text on the screen. Back out. Open friends list again and look at the right hand corner. If you see 9999999 CoD Points, and a "16th" prestige(it's glitched, it's really 15th) you did it right. You should also be Level 50.
If you don't see "Your stats have been reset" upon clicking Play Online, you did it right. If you do, then your account has played BO before.
Enjoy this while it lasts.
You should also have 17 days played, just to boost legitness(of course, 9999999 Million CoD Points throws this right out the window in terms of legitimacy :p)
By the way, this sticks. 100%. It will never go away unless Treyarch resets you. Restarting BO/PS3 does not affect it.
The real key lies in the old command "statSet". Remember that from CoD4 bypassing? It's technically a variation, as it is StatSetByName, which I don't think was in CoD4.
Also, part of the reason I put this in Non-Premium is because it's basically worthless. Being able to mod stats has absolutely no point.
To be honest I probably never should have released it, but what the hell.
It is supposed to say connecting. You go to splitscreen to do the bind, then you delete gamedata and redownload Black Ops 1.05.

ok i understand how to ftp into the game and swap the eboots (backing up my original first obviously lol) but i keep reading that people are deleting their bo gamedata and then reinstalling it after doing this? can someone give a clear answer on the following:
am i simply going into bo with the 1.06 patch installed and this custom eboot, going straight into split screen after connecting, hitting select, checking that it worked, and then ftp back and place original back in?
or am i supposed to delete the 1.06 patch, go into a lower patch (1.02, etc) patch block and do it? please respond thanks

Transfer the file load up black ops on a new psn it will take you directly to the multiplayer screen. Hit Local single player. Start the game when ur in auto assign then pick a class then hit select button it will quickly lag/glitch and restart above the kill feed it says your stats were modded enjoy the reset or banned or something like that end the game. Then delete your black ops game data off ps3 then just reload BO and download the patch again and go online you do not change the eboot the second time downloading patch.

thanks alot man i needed a better description
helped alot ill do this at 1:30 when im home hopefully gayarch doesnt patch this in the 4 hours im gone :p
