To my understanding when booted the game should have Rockstar 2007-2010 or something like that, which is only available through the latest update (1.06).

When booting from xmb, I have to download the update. Once updated the screen does show Rockstar 2007-2010. But once updated it just goes into a neverending loop.

When I don't update it comes up Rockstar 2007-2008.

When booting from multiman I don't have to update, and I am able to get online, but I can't connect to anybody.

This also comes up as 2007-2008.

I have downloaded the 1.06 patch from the internet and attempted to install it, but it doesn't seem to work with the backup.

I'm not concerned with the online play at all, I'm solely focused on having working trophies. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
