I emailed sony and a reply is pending in 48 hours. A friend of mine gave me his account details so i can check his settings. And i tried to log on without creating a new user and i got the message. You cannot log into another user's account. However, this no PSN happened 1 week after this event. Am i blocked, are the servers down or i need to contact ISP. If blocked, then for how long? Don't put anything because of map pack share because it is not even out here in the UAE. My holidays started yesterday so this sucks big time.

sure, etisalat are crap and they dont know what are u talking about they will answer you " if the internet working or not thats all they know"
i think its becuase the last update 2.70

I dont think its because of the update, my friend updated yesterday and it was working when i was at his house, but then i got home and i kept getting the error.

any one knows europe customer support number or any contact email its really over:mad:

guys, i just contacted etisalat again, this time a sensible person was on the line. he told me that their systems have been down because of the rain and will be back in 2-3 hrs. He told me this is possibly, the problem. If so, PSN should be back around 8:45. If not, it could come back earlier or even after 2-3 days. This is why i like European countries. If something like this would have happened, they would have known y and fixed it. Like on March 20, this happened in Europe what we are facing through and it was fixed by them in 5-8 hrs. Over here, it has been 1 day already! Keep me updated.
