It can be your internet connection. Write down your error and check it online...

my friendswere geting it too.... they reseted their internet but nothing happend

Its a large file I guess, and many people are downloading, probably some problems with Sony.

Getting the same error as you are. I have reset my connection but no luck. I guess I will wait and read more before I do anything else.
