(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok, right i have two ps3 consoles 1 with CFW and 1 with OFW so i thought might as well update the cfw to see what damage happens ... okay so the only thing i could find diffrent was that i couldent use update via storage media .. i could still log in go online and use my homebrew apps ... the same thing with OFW but on ofw i can still update via storage media ... so thats what the update was trying to do but listen up ... this is not 100% but there is a chance that sony will be able to see you when you use homebrew but thats not comfired .... but yh update is safe and i was NOT banned or bricked so get updating

ok right this is all bullshit, i jus tryed to re-install gheohot cfw3.55 and all happend was it got to 75% and said its corrupted, so stop saying hit thats not even true.

Yes, I still have Update via storage media but it just says corrupt data...

Stop slagging, hes telling the truth, I updated mine from CFW to 3.56 OFW with no problems at all...
