I used awesome filemanger to transfer a few MW2 patches over to it. Then I put the OFW 3.55 back on my PS3 and kept the awesome file manager on that for a few days the I deleted it. So it has been about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks since I deleted that and now I want to go to 3.56. The only homebrew I have used is the awesome filemanager. Will I get banned? I had someone tell me if I have turned my console off at started up a game when I turned it back on 8 or more times that my boot history will be clear. Please help ASAP. I AM ON OFW 3.55!!!!!

No you will not, just make sure to remove CFW. I still have all the homebrew on my PS3 and I'm not banned.

No you will not get banned, you changed back to the OFW therefor everything will be okay.
The only consequence you can have is if you did the 15 prestige hack for BOPs.
