Then what about the xbox? You can't do w.e you want like play online or you'll be banned, Sony is just fixing up their own hardware so YOU guys can play it. Yes you can put rims on it but you cant modify the speed, its against the law, same like modifying sonys software.
There is still the speedlimit

modifing too make your car go faster is not illegal.. its how you drive...
