I Jailbroke my PS3 to mod lobbies on MW2 & COD4, i did just that.
I played BlackOps NORMALLY once on the JB PS3 , cause i didn't feel like switching PS3's.

I Updated my JB PS3 to 3.56 .. then just left it there
today i went to get on my NORMAL never JB'd PS3 .. and when i go to play online on blackops .. it says connecting for about 3 minutes .. then it says the servers are down ..

i can get online fine on my previously jailbroken PS3..

i never hacked or glitched or anything in thoes categories on my normal PS3, but i have come to believe i am console banned ..

Asking, how come he got a facepalm? I'd be just as confused.

A non-hacked PS3 is banned.
But a JB PS3 isn't?

That's a massive paradox.
