(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As most of you have heard Sony are planing to disable all hacked consoles...

Quote:
"Starting 2/1/11 all users of Black Ops who have been implicated with any sort of hacking will be unable to access their 'Playstation 3' consoles and will receive an error message indicating their ban. E-mails will be sent out accordingly to the respective users."

So all there saying is if you hacked your PS3 on the 2/1/11 you will receive a error message when you turn on your PS3, that means basically that they bricked your PS3... It will mean that you wont be able to play any game online or offline, watch any movies, really do anything at all with your PS3. Everything would be disabled.

Now my question is: Is this even ****ING legal because its our console we paid $200 - $500 for it and now we cant even switch it on...

If its not then somebody get on the phone to there lawyer...

Yes, but like I said earlier? or in another post? Sony is starting to make mandatory updates on newer games.
