It's easy to use, shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
It's very fast, did what I needed it to do in under 30 seconds.

If this program has been posted please link me to it, I tried searching but no results came up.

The PS3 will see the HDD regardless, but it will only read files larger than 4gb if it is FAT32 format.
