First you all removed OtherOS which I can completely understand it was a security issue. Hackers were getting to close the the hypervisor.

The 26th of this month you released 3.56 I am HIGHLY disappointed with this. 3.56 disabled us from upgrading our hard drives. Now did you do this maybe to get more people to use the Cloud? I really don't know. I was going to purchase a 360GB hard drive to upgrade but now I can't.

To me it seems as if you don't care about your customers, and I am saddened by this. It is literally making me consider buying a Xbox 360, and I HATE the 360.

Hopefully you can do something with the 3.60 firmware. I doubt you will tho.

Someone you all know at Sony recently said this and I stand by it,
"It's apparent you don't care about your reputation with consumers, and I can almost understand your point there.
Few people consider buying a TV or laptop a moral choice, and the consumer base is quite large.
But talented developers are in much shorter supply, and take it from one personally, who you choose to code for is much more of a moral choice.
The programmers you will one day be looking to hire are the ones reading the tech news sites right now.
And they will remember."

Please Sony get it right before you lose everyone who supports the PS3.
