Post: diy external hdd for less then £25

if you dont want to spend mega money on an external hdd get yourself a ide caddy they vary from £10 to £15 and scout out charity shops/cash converters for a sky + hd box or a V+ box they sell them for about a tenner rip them apart take out the hdd format it on your pc/laptop stick it in the caddy and you got yourself a 250gig external for about £20 (some sky boxes have sata hdd's so a sata caddy would be needed)

good idea only cashconverters sell the sky hd for £65.

The one by me had the amstrad one which I believe has a sata hdd for £9.99 and the cash generator can't even give the v+ boxes away it's the same with the bt vision boxes, charity shops are the best for super bargain hdd's
