There can'e be much more to add with blu-ray players, 3D, and motion control. If they do release the next generation, it is going to be only for the money. Also, I believe that game developers have a hard time transitioning and that would mean more focusing on the platform compatibility and less on the quality of the game.

IMO it'll be more or less what we have now, but heavily upgraded.

Both consoles have roughly 500MB of RAM which is just puny, so I expect to see that at the very least quadrupled.

Graphics will get more realistic. Also, something like this as a display in the future would be pretty neat, but with it just being projected in the "air".
