You need a capture card or a HD PVR, you can get a capture card as low as 5$(easycap = not greatest quality), If you want hd it will cost up to 180$.

istnt there a way to just connect my PS3 to my TV and my PC to stream it like a cable or somthing, also im in UK so i think capture cards are online only, as can i play in HD and record in SD (standard definistion, AKA shit quality)
