I checked the condition of the disk, and that was fine no scratches no nothing. So I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem and have found away to stop it... I have tried cleaning the disk, but... nothing happened. I re-downloaded the patch, nothing happened. I cleaned my ps3, nothing happened. So I dont know if I have just wasted £40.

I have the same issue, I formatted my whole ps3 and that didn't work so don't do that,
Also if your running 3.55 CFW do not update because that doesn't solve it.
