I am not flaming everyone, and not picking on you. And sorry if i was a little harsh. Its just really annoying that Sony fans are now hating on their consoles just because it "was" hacked.

They thought they could sue kids over commenting a video, the screwed up newer ps3 models from updating ever again, take mine for example.

Are you serious? Really? Do you think a major corportaion would be dumb enough to sue people for commenting on a video? I dont know where you must of heard such a dumb rumor, but the fact is they wanted to track down people that posted hacking videos for the ps3. Which got denied by the judge. For obvious reasons.

This is why people are such assholes. Everyone loves a hero. But if he makes one mistake. No one likes him.

And ill say it again. If you hate sony so much. Go play Xbox. It'll last you a good 4 months.

And as for hacking. I love it. I been doing when the psp fat first came out. So yes. I am all for hacking and what not. But that does not mean i will go and talk trash or bring down Sony.

Not trying to take sides, but he's correct, Sony is trying to do all this for a better future for their console. We are esentially the rebellious children disobeying their parent, telling them to f*** off when things do not go our way (even though no problems would arise if we followed rules). Sony's motive is certainly not wrong, they are protecting their product. I will admit they have gone to radical measures this time around though...

I'm not against JB, I'm using a JB console, but I don't think Sony/Treyarch have done anything wrong thus far. They are basically doing what a developer should do for their product- support it.

Meaning I get an error when I try to update, I try to reupdate to 3.56 and I always get an error
Yet on my friends ps3 is can reinstall 3.56 no error, I use the same .PUP file

Remove the DNS bypass. That causes the update problem.

But recommend is to install 3.55 ofw first. Than update to 3.56.

If you update directly from cfw 3.55 to ofw 3.56 ofw lose the option to install updates through usb or what ever.


But don't delete your mw2 game data. It'll transfer over to the new update.
