this modern warfare 3 is gunna have its battle with the new independent gaming studio by West and Zampella's Respawn Entertainment and EA, they are set to have a project set up this May and (in fact it will) counter the release of this "Modern Warfare 3" (if Court gave retained rights to Activision on the franchise which I think it did) on November 2011
