No you can't play region 1 DVD's on a UK ps3 as DVD's are region locked and only play on ps3's desgined for that specific region

Okay, thanks for the reply. I thought you couldn't but on a DVD on ebay it said that it would work on most Modern DVD players. Shame really, was a hall of a lot cheaper than anywhere else.
