Yeah I know what you mean but lets say you have important information about your files and other stuff, non-relelated to hacking then Sony can use it for fraud. If you know what I'm saying

Lol would be awesome "wait i taken out a loan of 1 million"
Understand what your saying however sony focus would be on the stuff around jailbreak not his personal information.
Using that information would be no gain to sony.
Main focus is sending a message and stopping leaks. Can't stop leaks with the cat out.

Have you noticed how Sony is demanding all of these things tho. First they sue Geohot/fail0verflow(reasonable but was the person who did the first REAL jailbreak did they get sued?). Then they tell Google the they want OUR IP addresses and they will sue us for watching a video. Sony is just a power/money hungry pig. Simple as that.

All Juggernaut Corporations have one thing in common, they are pigs. It really doesn't matter what company it is as all companies are money driven power ego maniacs (lol).
