Psn is a virtual world. world you can meet random people or hang out and chat in a text thing.
you also get to try out little mini game things. (not that great)
honestly in my opinion, it is for getting together with friends.
but yeah everything in their is not worth what they want you to pay. I encourage you not to try it.
