Star Trek is making the voyage home. Not back to Earth, but PlayStation Home in Europe. As was the case with Watchmen, the upcoming reboot is getting it's own special place in the sun on Sony's service.
Starting April 18, the central screen of the Home theater will offer a special welcome video from director J.J. Abrams, along with the latest trailer. After that, the Trek-related festivities will be kicking off in earnest.
Hit the jump for information on costumes, a Q&A and other events.
On April 20, there will be an actor/director Q&A at 4 PM GMT, with the event streaming live. Avatar costumes will be available starting April 23, offering Star Trek branded t-shirts and other goodies, and there will be a Star Trek Party and Avatar competition at a later date.
All this ahead of the film's May 8 release. Everybody excited yet?
