If you get banned, vote yes, if not vote no. Simple as that.

(If mods feel the need to close this, go for it, but this should give people an idea whether or not they need to worry.)

NOTE: Only vote yes if you're banned from Playstation Network, not from Black Ops.

i dont think sony can ban people for using the baypass method, 3.55 doesnt have self code execution... but everything might happen... and no im not banned

The email sure seems to imply that they're going to start banning people. I don't see why people say Sony can't ban you, because they really can. Read the Terms of Service.

Well they surely have the right to, you've agreed to their terms, and yet you jailbroke your PS3... but the thing that i dont get is that they're saying "external devices" they might be implying the 3.41 dongle

Got an email saying they knew about my tomfoolery and they would not stand for it [or something like that] does that mean I have already been banned?

I havent got banned and i probably wont becuase my ps3 I go online with dosnt have any homebrew only my offline ps3

Nothing more , your see the first set of bans within one month or so i guess after they cleared it with legal your still breaking the terms.
