There is a lot going on right now with the PS3 and online gaming. Sony is releasing one of the first big blockbuster exclusives next week titled Killzone 3. While on the other side of the fence hackers are still toying with Sony and playing games.
Well Sony is taking drastic measures recently. They announced earlier this week that a massive ban hammer will be hitting PSN, warning users that if you are using hacked hardware then remove it. This being your only warning before getting permantly removed from PSN. Of course along with this Sony explained how this violated the Terms of Service and Terms of Use for their services.
Well PSN players playing online are being "kicked" off, or forced to agree to new terms of service before logging in and playing further. This isn't removing you from PSN, its simply bringing up the aggreement for you to scroll through and agree to. This could simply be due to a new 2011 copyright, but when has Sony done this before without updating the console iteslf?
