(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay so I get on the PlayStation today (2/17/11) and see I have to accept the terms of agreement again before I sign in. Now I got the email from sony about the illegal firmware and how they will ban us. I want to know if you had to accept the terms of service agreement again and got the email from Sony, or never got the email from Sony and you have to accept the Terms of Service Agreement from Sony upon signing into the PlayStation Network.

got the email last night.

tried to sync trophies but got new agreement. Didn't accept and will remain off PSN for the time being.

Is it safe to assume that if you accept the new agreement while Using F*CkPSN or charles that your most likely going to get banned?

i got the email on my hacked ps3 but my brand ligit slim has to accept new terms too so i think its everyone it probably just put in there that they will ban for cfw
btw i didnt accept on my 3.56 with cod patches till it plays out a little bit

i figure so its probably a trap so that when you accept it and not read the server detects you have it then bam ban hammer im keeping my cfw offline and gonna play on my legit console

I got rid of my CFW 3.55 on day on of the OFW 3.56 release. I don't think this is a trap. They would at least give people a week to change their CFW to OFW
