I dont have any more homebrew and i updated safetly i even did the clear history thing before i updated so should i format my disk? I dont want to get banned! The only thing i have is the mw2 modded patch! HELP!

Just delete the MW2 patch and sign in and download the official patch back on the console, that's what I done bro Winky Winky

thats only if you agreed to the new ToS which some ppl are not getting that popping up so im not sure if that would apply to them yet

I got the email the other day and I also agreed to the new TOS. I have a bunch of homebrew and pirated games. Still no ban :-(I can't wait to be banned makes it exciting!
