(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Yes sony has started the bans. You may run homebrew apps but do NOT run back up as you will recieve a nice PERMA Ban from sony. If you run your backups you will be banned.

Yea this has been happening.

I however have NOT been banned. But i don't abuse my PSN privilege by playing pirated content.
I use CFW for much greater things than killing the gaming industry as we know it.
