i was on 3.55 and then went to CFW 3.55 (geohotzZz)
And then i had the blackb0x and went back to OFW 3.55
then 3.56 came out and i downloaded - banned from BO and now were were we are now... Does anyone know if accepting this agreement will Ban me from the PSN?

Nope i was banned from Black Ops and im on PSN basically what it says is that people who are on the FUxK PSN and that charles shit cannot be able to access PSN, if they do they SHALL BE BANNED(Zues accent)

did every one from US get it? i got it and i dont have a hacked console

also we cant use non licensed products anymore? what does that mean no aftermarket controllers and ect. what about usbs? how do we do back up saves and can we still watch/listen to pirated movies/music off are usb on the ps3?
