If you mean the actual map pack for WAW, there's a post by Karoolus at the top of the W@W Exploits and Hacks section.
The BlOps maps are either a lot harder to get, or you just can't get them. I haven't seen anything on them. But, then again, I'm banned from that game, so I don't really look in that section.
