you will need to prepare the controller first, strip it etc. make sure the paint is the right type as well - don;t use any old paint haha

You CAN spray paint it. You CAN spray paint anything. Your controller might not turn out as planned (i.e. Broken, messy, sticky, paint bubbles, etc), but it will be a different color.

If you took PS3 controller apart before then you can, putting it back together is pain in the butt if you never have never done it.

Also if your going to paint use Krylon spray paint.

you would have to take the controller apart and spray the shell then carefully take the analog sticks off and spray them if you wanted too.

bear in mind this could mess up your controller cause if you can't it back together your screwed.

i thought bout spray painting but i jus got decals instead.

i got one for my ps3 and 2 for my controllers. it wasn't that hard to put on. ill put pics up if you wanna c =D
