Sony has revealed the one remaining important detail about the upcoming Killzone 2 DLC map pack that had yet to be unveiled: The price. $5.99 is what you'll need to cough up in order to gain access to the two new levels, Wasteland Bullet and Vekta Cruiser. The Steel & Titanium pack will be available next Thursday, April 30, on the PlayStation Store.
Our Take: Given that people complain about spending $10 on a three map Halo 3 DLC pack, there might be some backlash over charging $3 per map for this Killzone 2 DLC. Realistically, it doesn't seem particularly unreasonable if you're a fan of the game's multiplayer and plan on spending some time playing the new maps and enjoying the new patch that's coming tomorrow.
