Sry Chad, idk how old you are or why that matters, but you didn't interpret it correctly or have only sampled minor grounds on Geohot's part. In his defense he claims that they won't stop the piracy by suing him or getting a remedy. However legally it was wrong to break into their security system. DMCA protects Sony on that one. And if you ever studied law, just learning the contracts is enough to understand Geohot's wrong doing.
Im 12 but I do apologize for the presented misinformation but I do thank you for filling me in. Sorry if this post was irrelevant, I was just trying to give a breif background on the court case because, contrary to popular belief, many people don't know about what's going on.
My apologies,
Chad

Also, I hate to be stern, but why do you have to bring age up? The common twelve year old stereotype is that we are all idiots, well I happen to be very intelligent and mature young adult. If you want to talk about legal things I would be fully capable of having a conversation with you and maybe you could explain to me what I left out. Even though the majority of the people that have read this have thought of it as very helpful based on the fact that there are many thanks and it has been nominated.
Reply with your answer im dying to hear it,
