You can get lucky, or not.

Activision does not have the power to unban , you called the wrong number and activision number isnt toll free , Thats what I found out after I received the uverse bill. Treyarch although does have the power.

If you wanna get unbanned . SELL the ps3 and BUY a NEW UNBANNED PS3 ..
