So, they [Sony] are all over the place to find hackers, take down sites and stuff like that but do they realize that they are more susceptible to this thing called lawsuit? Well, I compiled a list here of what Sony legal team should aware of and us too.

As you can see Sony is violating laws, So why can they get away with it? Can we change this?

Unless it is another giant company that would take them on, nothing relevant will happen, in my opinion...

that gives me an idea
we should get the people of ngu to write letters to microsoft asking them to take on sony in a lawsuit or something or for them to help us make a lawsuit against sony because microsoft= huge company and if they do this it would help microsoft by hurting their rival... sony

its a long shot but think about it. Claps

Something like that is why there are rumors that Miscrosoft is helping Geohot by funding his legal team. I saw that rumor running around here somewhere... Would make it very interesting if this was confirmed, and Sony replied to it...

First do you even read what you post ?

I guess not.....
EU data laws only thing broken is the lack of encrypted data (That very serious). Sony lets us know (soooo do many other companies in the terms) they are collecting the data. By using that service you allow them to carry on if you don't want them too don't use it.
IF you worried about your data i would say get hold of the EU to look into it.

Just to let you know that all you do online is tracked and recorded by your ISP , google etc

Second the Norway one yea it looks like sony broken the law in that nation.
Last thing i don't get where all this sony hate coming from companies been collecting user data for years. (Even a bit lacking with protecting it some cases)
Guess it cool to have a blind hate towards sony these days without knowing all the facts.

Not sure on GLP thing don't know much about how that works.
