You click on one of the "Map locations" and then click on one of three objects in that location. If you do not win an instant prize, you should get an entry into a "footlongs for life" contest, so even when you don't win something you get another chance.

So far, copying and pasting codes has broken the flash plugin for me, so be weary that you may have to manually type your three codes a day (or more, if you use alt emails).
